Is Forms really free?+
Yes. The Free plan gives you one active form and 100 responses a month, with every question type, logic, themes, payments and embeds. No card needed.
What does Pro add?+
Unlimited forms and responses under the fair use policy, one custom domain with HTTPS, webhooks, and priority support.
How much is Pro?+
$19 a month, or $144 a year, which works out at $12 a month. Prices are in USD.
What happens after 100 responses on Free?+
Your form stops taking new responses until the next month, and we email you. Nothing is deleted. Upgrade to Pro and it opens again straight away.
Can I cancel any time?+
Yes. Pro stays on until the end of the period you’ve paid for, then your account moves to Free. Your forms and responses stay.
Do you take a cut of my form payments?+
No. Payments go through your own Stripe account and Forms adds no fee on any plan.
Who handles billing?+
Polar is our merchant of record. They handle checkout, invoices and sales tax.
