Where are files stored?+
Privately in Forms’ storage on Cloudflare. If you connect Google Drive, they are copied to your Drive too.
Is a drawn signature legally binding?+
That depends on where you are and what you’re signing. Forms records the signature with the response; check your local rules for formal agreements.
