Terms of service
These terms apply when you use Forms (forms.shaheermalik.com), run by Shaheer Malik. By creating an account or using a form, you agree to them.
Your account
Keep your sign-in details safe and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You’re responsible for what happens in it. You must be at least 16, or the age of digital consent where you live.
Your forms and responses
- You own the forms you build and the responses you collect. You give us permission to host, process and show them only to run Forms for you.
- You’re responsible for having a lawful basis to collect what you ask for, for telling respondents how you’ll use their answers, and for handling their requests.
- Don’t ask for card numbers, passwords or government IDs in ordinary questions; use the payment question for card payments.
Acceptable use
Don’t use Forms to break the law, phish for credentials, impersonate others, send spam, distribute malware, harass people, or collect sensitive data you have no right to. We may remove forms or suspend accounts that do, and we’ll tell you why unless the law prevents us.
Plans, billing and fair use
The Free plan includes one active form and 100 responses a month. Pro is billed monthly or yearly through Polar, our merchant of record, and renews until you cancel. You can cancel at any time and keep Pro until the end of the period you’ve paid for. Pro is unlimited within our fair use policy.
Payments in your forms
Payment questions charge through your own Stripe account. You’re the merchant: your agreement with Stripe applies, and you handle refunds, receipts, disputes and taxes. Forms takes no fee and never holds your money.
Connected services
When you connect Stripe or Google Drive, you authorise Forms to use them for the features you turn on. Their own terms apply. You can disconnect them in Settings at any time.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Forms running and your data safe, but we can’t promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change features. If a change materially reduces a paid feature, we’ll tell you in advance.
Ending your account
You can delete your forms or close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. After closure we delete your data as described in our privacy policy.
Liability
Forms is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that can’t be limited by law.
